    • In conclusion facilitated online learning requires some skill and know how. Online facilitators can,

      • Facilitate the learning process
      • Nurture online social relations and contain any conflict
      • Provide first level technical support and
      • Manage and administer the course, lesson or class.

      In addition, the facilitator needs to be good presenter providing lots of opportunity for participant engagement during synchronous online sessions.
