Conclusion, attribution & licence
In conclusion facilitated online learning requires some skill and know how. Online facilitators can,
- Facilitate the learning process
- Nurture online social relations and contain any conflict
- Provide first level technical support and
- Manage and administer the course, lesson or class.
In addition, the facilitator needs to be good presenter providing lots of opportunity for participant engagement during synchronous online sessions.
