  Welcome to this unit of study on how to evaluate digital teaching resources.

  As educators we are constantly on the search for teaching resources. In the previous unit we encouraged you to search for Open Educational Resources (OER). However, once you have found a resource, how do you know whether it is good enough to use? How do you know whether the resource is of good quality, credible and fit for purpose? During this study unit, we will identify criteria to evaluate resources.

  • Use different evaluation criteria to determine the usefulness of online and digital resources.
