Introduction
With most of the youth and adults being constantly glued to their mobile phones checking out their latest social media updates, we, as teachers, need to think of innovative ways in which we can incorporate the use of social media into the classroom. However, before we can incorporate the use of social media into teaching, we need to acquire the skill in using it ourselves! We hope that, by the end of this unit, you will acquire skills on how to do just that. Review the video below that looks at some potential benefits of social media for teaching and learning.
