Having reviewed what type of teacher-learner interactions should be taking place and what a conducive learning environment should look like, the next question is how do you, as the school leader, evaluate and improve the situation?
In the next module, we will be exploring the importance of supervision for growth, the importance of lesson observations and feedback. Your teachers are an asset and you, as the school head, have the responsibility of providing the platform for the teachers to develop to their full potential ultimately resulting in staff retention, a happy teacher team and learners achieving their learning outcomes.
