  In the previous study session, we discovered that word processing is the phrase used to describe using a computer to create, edit, and print documents. In this study session, we will examine how to use a spreadsheet to fulfil day to day arithmetic needs.

  Using the steps outlined in this unit, create a class markbook using information from one of your real classes. 

  Note

  • Use separate columns for firstname, lastname, gender, continuous assessments, examination and total.
  • Use the summation formula to calculate total in the total column.
