      Have you completed everything? Submitted all your assignments, completed the examination and filled in both post-course surveys above? Then you have completed the course. Below is the course certificate that is activated once you have met the criteria mentioned above.

If you are denied access that is becasue the system does not have a record of either portfolio assignments being submitted, or incomplete surveys, or alternatively you might have failed the examination.
