OK! But how do you design such a 'Real World Problem-Based' lesson?
Click the graphic below to access an example of such a lesson designed by teacher Amy Abbott. She set her class a task to analyse local water quality and devise a method to improve it. While the lesson was predominately a science lesson she incorporated skills being covered in other subjects to support the students endeavours. Investigate her approach.
