            Cybercrime comes into different forms such as:-
Phishing
- Meaning: Tricking people into revealing sensitive information such as passwords or bank details.
 - Example: A fake email claiming to be from your bank asking you to “update your account.”
 
Hacking
- Meaning: Gaining unauthorized access to computers, networks, or online accounts.
 Example: Breaking into a social media account and posting without permission.
Identity Theft
- Meaning: Stealing and using someone’s personal information for fraud.
 Example: Using another person’s ID or credit card details to make purchases.
Online Fraud and Scams
- Meaning: Deceiving people on the internet to steal money or property.
 - Example: Fake online stores that take payment but never deliver goods.
 
- Meaning: Harassing, threatening, or insulting people through digital platforms.
 - Example: Sending abusive messages to a student on WhatsApp.
 
Malware Attacks
- Meaning: Spreading harmful software (viruses, worms, ransomware) that damages or locks systems.
 - Example: Ransomware that encrypts files and demands money for unlocking them.
 
Intellectual Property Theft
- Meaning: Copying or distributing digital content without permission.
 - Example: Downloading pirated software, movies, or e-books.
