Forgotten passwordsOne of the most common technical requests from students is how to access the platform when they have forgotten their username and/or password! In the previous unit we investigated virtual classrooms. Many of these platforms provide tools to allow you to provide technical assistance. Below are some examples of how you might do this using the Moodle platform.

Connectivity issuesThe second most common technical query is why can't they access the platform or why is it so 'slow'. Usually the institutional server is OK and the problem lies with the student's bandwidth. Here is some advise on how they can determine the strength of their connectivity.

Uploading assignmentsWhen it comes to submitting assignments students sometime complain they could not! Make sure you know what the process is and how to access them once they are uploaded.
