This assignment should be completed as honestly as possible - the exercise is one of reflection and how current situations can be improved. Use this as an opportunity to engage with your peers and colleagues - they are most likely in the same situation that you find yourself in and sharing information on what works / doesn't work is hugely beneficial and can ultimately result in both time and cost savings.
