Teacher Collaboration
View
A teacher’s responsibilities are not only restricted to the classroom. Teaching involves a lot of time spent on planning lessons, creating resources and assessing students' work. Teachers learning and working together to achieve common goals can make teaching easier by reducing time spent on planning and creating resources.
Teachers need to work together in order to facilitate learning. They can collaborate when doing the following:
- Developing a school ICT policy
- Forming Teacher Design Teams to help in the development of ICT integrated lesson plans
- Drawing up a timetable for ICT integration
- Use of the ICT resources available in the school.
