Unit 5: ICT to Support Collaboration and Communication

In this unit, we have discussed communication and collaboration. From our discussion, it is clear that technologies such as dropbox, google drive, whatsApp and skype are collaborative and communication tools. Other tools that have been identified and are key to enhancing the teaching and learning process are mobile phone, radio, television, digital camera, electronic newsletter, instant messaging among others.  These tools enhance collaboration and communication by reducing inefficiency and enabling new methods of working together.  I encourage you to be innovative in exploring the use of these tools with your learners.
